Off the bat I got great vibes from this DZ. Charlie, Melissa and the pilot were all friendly and professional, and the Shenandoah Valley is breathtaking... As a newly licensed skydiver I was a little anxious for my first jump at a new DZ, but Charlie and his crew went out of their way to teach me and make me feel comfortable. I was given a thorough briefing of the landing area and the plane, and Charlie even spent time teaching me to pack my rig. Not only was the scenery incredibly stunning, but the atmosphere was laid back and people friendly.. Definitely can't imagine a better spot in VA.
