Some of us have been having this discussion and I have been told that when doing IAD or SL (old school) dispatches, that an increased exit speed means a faster opening. Is that true ?

Thanks for the quick replies. I have spoken directly to Cameron (owner of Fibrezone) and he seems very keen and helpful toward building a custom helmet. He has a few different models of Mini-DV's and will predrill the helmet for any particular camera or options you plan on using. If first impressions mean anything I don't think I could go wrong. I'll submit a new post once I receive the helmet.
