I was cleaning one of those Braun multi blenders...... you know the hand held ones. There I was sticking my tongue around the blades to "lick " the chocolate cream off. I thought "mmm this is a bit stupid I could chop my tongue off." So I removed my tongue and used my finger instead Whilst doin gthis a friend walked in and grabbed the hand that was hold in gthe Braun mixer. He managed to depress the button and YOWSER. "FUCK that hurt" I look down and see a lovely chunk of meat on the floor. Needless to say I never ever touched one of these again. www.myspace.com/durtymac

Only another 3 yrs for victory. What happens then?

Bush outlines Iraq 'victory plan' Mr Bush has never laid out his plans in this way before President George W Bush has said he will not accept "anything less than complete victory" in Iraq. In a major policy speech, Mr Bush refused to set an "artificial deadline" to withdraw US troops, saying it was "not a plan for victory". It comes after the release of the first Iraq strategy document, which rejects widespread calls for a timetable. Mr Bush has come under growing pressure from Democrats on Iraq. Polls give him the lowest approval of his presidency. They also suggest that six out of 10 Americans think the war in Iraq is not worth the cost. As such, this was a speech from a president in deep trouble, says the BBC's Justin Webb in Washington. Harry Reid, the Democratic leader in the Senate, said Mr Bush's speech was "recycled... tired rhetoric", and that the president had "once again missed an opportunity to lay out a real strategy for success in Iraq that will bring our troops safely home". 'Some setbacks' Speaking at the US Naval Academy in Annapolis, Maryland, Mr Bush said there would be violence in Iraq "for many years" and that US troops would only be able to withdraw as local forces gained competence. "These decisions about troop levels will be driven by the conditions on the ground in Iraq and the good judgement of our commanders, not by artificial timetables set by politicians in Washington," he said. America will not run in the face of car bombers and assassins so long as I am your commander-in-chief President George W Bush Mr Bush said victory would come "when the terrorists and Saddamists can no longer threaten Iraq's democracy, when the Iraqi security forces can provide for the safety of their own citizens, and when Iraq is not a safe-haven for terrorists to plot new attacks on our nation". This was a partial redefinition of what victory might be, and potentially highly significant, our correspondent says. Mr Bush also openly acknowledged that there had been "some setbacks in standing up a capable Iraqi security force, and their performance is still uneven in some areas". But Iraqi forces were regaining control of the country and training programmes had been improved, he said. Withdrawing US troops before they had accomplished their mission would send the wrong message to the insurgents, Mr Bush added. "America will not run in the face of car bombers and assassins so long as I am your commander-in-chief," he said. The new National Strategy for Victory, released hours before Mr Bush's address, defines who the US sees as the enemy in Iraq, listing three groups in declining order of size: Shift "Rejectionists" - primarily Sunni Arabs who fared well under Saddam but have lost influence and authority. The US says their resistance will fade if a new democratic government protects minority rights "Saddamists" who were active members of the former regime. The US expects their power to wane to the point where Iraqi security forces can defeat them "Terrorists" associated with al-Qaeda who want to establish a totalitarian Islamic empire, and who must be killed or captured through counter-terror operations. Our mission in Iraq is to win the war - our troops will return home when that mission is complete "No war has ever been won on a timetable - and neither will this one," the document adds. There are currently more than 150,000 US troops in the country. The White House has said it expects conditions will permit a reduction in US troop numbers next year, after Iraqi parliamentary elections in mid-December. The US is spending about $6bn a month to keep its forces in Iraq. About 2,100 Americans have been killed since the March 2003 invasion. So what do you reckon will happen if there aint a victory after his term? Will the next President pull all troops out? http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/americas/4484330.stm www.myspace.com/durtymac -
It doesn't come with a story, aside from the voice recording that you hear on the back of the tape. It seems like an interview with some military official. That section of video comes from this bit of film http://ts.searching.com/directory.asp?mode=torrentdetails&id=470296&query=Fallujah I f you want to downlaod it take the top torrent. I watched this the other night. I was appalled to see the choppers ejecting all that WP on the village. There is no way they can say it was for illumination. It was used for killing people. If it wasnt , why would it be shot directly onto the village like it was? If it wasnt used as a Weopan to kill and maim where were the ground force at the time? I guess they were sat right back on the sidelines waiting to go in and finish off the "insurgents"... www.myspace.com/durtymac

I think if you have spent all your life in an Islamist system you are led to belive that you will go to heaven (or whatever they belive in) if you commit suicide. I do belive that these people do not think about the after affects of what they do. They are aware of what will happen afterwards, but in a manner which suits themselves. IE "im gonna go to heaven" I do honestly belive that these people are not only brave but also stupid. I put myself in a postition where that I wonder if I seen someone crossing the road and they were to be hit by an oncoming vehicle, would I run out and push them to safety thus putting my own life in danger? No I wouldnt, not becuase Im not brave I wouldnt do it because it will have no impact upon my life. Now if it was my own flesh and blood or friends I would run out and push them to safety, not becuse Im brave, but becuse Im loyal and I think this is the main difference. These people are loyal to their cause not brave. I do have respect for people that do what they belive in, but it certainly doesnt mean I beleve that they are right in what they are doing. My .2 cents worth and thats Kiwi cents too.

The top US court has rejected an appeal by a sentenced man, who argued about the legality of having to publicly wear a sign stating "I stole mail". The Supreme Court turned down Shawn Gementera's appeal without any comment. Gementera had argued that the measure would humiliate him, violating the Sentencing Reform Act and the constitutional ban on cruel punishment. He pleaded guilty to mail theft after being held in 2001 for stealing letters from mailboxes in San Francisco. 'Rehabilitation' punishment In 2003, Gementera was sentenced by a district judge to two months in jail, to be followed by three years of supervised release. The release conditions stated that Gementera must spend four days at a post office observing staff dealing with inquiries about lost or stolen mail, write letters of apology to the victims of his crime and give three lectures about his crime at schools. The judge also ordered him to wear a signboard reading "I stole mail - this is my punishment" for a full eight-hour working day. Gementera appealed about the latter requirement, but a US appeals court panel ruled against him earlier this year. The court said in August that the record in Gementera's case showed the judge imposed the condition for the purpose of rehabilitation. "Punishments aimed at imposing shame and humiliation are inconsistent with a constitutional requirement that punishments, even for heinous crimes, be consistent with human dignity," Gementera's lawyers were quoted by Reuters news agency when appealing to the Supreme Court. Surely going to jail and getting bummed by all the inmates could be classed as shame imposing and humiliating? Ah well steal the mail and go to jail. www.myspace.com/durtymac

I dont know if you guys heard about Sonys BIG error with the software on cds to stop piracy a short time ago. Well I found this solution posted on a music site. 'I remember when I was a kid and someone showed me I could record over all my mother's crappy cassettes by applying a simple piece of tape over the holes at the top. "Brilliant!" I thought. Now tape is once again wrecking havoc on copying safeguards, namely DRM software contained on music CDs. Gartner has confirmed that putting a small piece of clear tape over the outer edge of a CD will render the DRM data unreadable. Your PC's response? Skip to the music without installing the software." Give it a go if you still have those disks and want to download them on your pc www.myspace.com/durtymac
