Also, once the top jumper turns out from the stack, the bottom jumper also does (we always reach across with the free hand and take the opposite toggle - that gives you an idea of the grips needed) - I'm sure that's what you mean by both having to keep pressure in the turn. Trash plane - simpler - Plane up. Then the bottom person stalls his canopy. I don't know if this is good to do on the newer high performance canopies, but works great with glide path (mavericks and Furies) and cruiselites, etc. (CYA/CMA - check with the manufacturer) Normally you just drop the bottom person so their canopy can recover. However, if the bottom person lets up SLOWLY on the toggles, sometimes you can recover the stalled canopy right back into a good bi-plane. Don't forget to set your nose! ... This is probably the number 1, best thing you can do for you skills. Especially RW, but I hear the FF camps are also very good. Once you fly Mantis position, you will leap to a new level of skill. When I went, I didn't have any problems with soreness, etc. Just got more energize every day. But most did. Just stay in shape and stretch a lot. use the water bottle they give you and drink a lot. Bring thermal underwear if the camp is in the oct - march timeframe even if the Florida weather is good. The morning can still be brisk. Gloves, hard helmut helps. Good luck and have fun. Buy extra time with a friend and do the drills with them, you get to double your time that way by sharing. My second/third time, I want to block a ton of time with several friends and we can lay base for each other on the drills. But still will hire a coach for the first part. The Odyssey is new and for 4-way and freeflying (I don't have a pic of just the container, but it's Smoke, Black, Hunter Green, with a Neon Green poptop). The Vector is a beautiful 1990 and used for crew and turning loads while training note the rainbow is reverse of the stock rainbow pattern. The Odyssey is super comfortable for all flying styles.
