Sure they want to see if you can pay. They want to see if you can pay the interest by rotating your card. They really like it when you rack up a big balance & then keep paying interest on that every month. When credit card companies check your credit report to mail you offers, they're not looking for people who actually pay off their balance(s). How do you think they make a profit? Credit card companies suck.

Do people actually read posts?? Ok. I think people can be resposible about not getting into debt too. But how does her above quote justify anything. You could replace a security deposit for my new apartment with anything and it would still read the same to me. omg, do we really need another thread about this? This is ridiculous! And what I don't understand is why it's only an issue with the women. Only women are getting pissed about the lower lift ticket... not the men. They're the ones paying more money after all...

DdOg, I'm honestly not trying to be mean, but I read your original post like this: read: I can't seem to fit in at the dz or no one at the dz wants to hang out with me read: I am jealous of the BASE folks who are liked by the dz people therefore I will insult them read: I will snub the unfriendly dz people by illustrating that their sport is trivial as compared to my real sport. There have been some posters in this forum that have serious "BASEgod" mentality and that keeps me from coming in here very often. This website is dropzone.com for gods sake. You do realize skydivers read this forum too right?

So what was the outcome of the Jackie & Kat69 posts/threads anyway? I'm guessing Jackie story was assumed to be a hoax since the thread is gone (and the fact that she logged in today ). That's quite sad really... but I am impressed at how many dz.commers reached out to give her words of encouragement and offers of a free tandem, video, etc.

I think there are 2 different issues being confused here. 1) Does making 1 tandem make you a skydiver, etc 2) Is Kat69 a troll I don't think anyone here would snub somneone just because of how many jumps/tandems they've made. If you are a troll, however, you would get snubbed. Let's not confuse the two.

You're right... but this is a bit different. Kat69 is obviouly a troll. She's stumbled onto this forum to talk about sex, how she loves sex, how all she knows is sex. It's in her screenname, her interests, all of her ~50 posts she's made today. I'm bored already. Amen...
