  1. The monthly rental rate would only be available for three or more months. There would be a discount for stays of a week or more. I've designed them to be winterized if necessary in the off season, but I would also be looking for non-skydiver customers in the off season.
  2. Each apartment will have a kitchen and bathroom. Also, the newer cabins at SDC have water, I believe.
  3. There would be onsite management. There would be limits to how many can stay in a unit. Noise complaints would be taken seriously, written into the contract. We're looking for this to be a quiet place to rest and relax when you aren't jumping. There would be a limited stay, probably 9 month. It would be like a long term motel, not a residence.
  4. If there were apartments next to Skydive Chicago, would you be interested? Apartments would be: New Air conditioned / heated Furnished Include water and electric. They would be less than a mile from the hangar.
