You can have an amazing facility and amazing equipment and still provide bad experiences because in any customer service venue your people are the greatest resource. Start Skydiving HAS this all covered! The facilities are clean, organized, and comfortable. The landing area is a nice grassy area in the middle of the airfield. The people who I interacted with throughout my experience were kind, knowledgeable, friendly, and seemed to honestly want to make sure we had a successful and fun jump. Once we were in the loading area getting suited up, Kyle helped us get our equipment started and then my Tandem Instructor David came by and finished up getting me together. David, as well as Kyle before him, were friendly, fun, and professional throughout. They honestly made this experience what it was for me. David and I were seated beside Kyle and his student on the plane ride and all of us interacting helped with the ride up. David was awesome on the jump and made sure I had a great time on the way down. It was an amazing first experience and will definitely not be my last. Thanks Start Skydiving, Kyle, and David for making one of the best first impressions of skydiving on me. You just added another "lifer" to mix! God Bless!
