We were gifted with skydiving passes this past Christmas, and my goodness, it was the best 20 or so minutes of my life. I knew I'd like it, but I had no idea it would change my life! In terms of the facility, it's pristine. The cleanliness and upkeep itself instills confidence in you before you even step foot into the office. The staff are upbeat and positive (even if the waiver mentions death at least 3 times!). I realize that Suzanne was fairly new to the Start Skydiving family, but we wouldn't have known. Her eagerness to please and just overall professionalism really set the tone for the BEST DAY OF MY LIFE! The instructions were clear, concise, and I never once feared for my life. I kid you not, from the launch, to the canopy opening, all the way to the landing, it was smoother than a car ride. I was surely in the right hands. And speaking of hands, those hand cams caught the most outrageous photos! I'm more than happy that we got THOSE photos of sheer panic on my face.... But really, Lonnie was the best person to jump with. He was fun, informative, and really asked that I enjoy this experience to it's fullest. He welcomed me into his "office" and I'll tell ya, even top executives in the country don't have anything on these views. I would do this again in a heartbeat... oh wait, I am! Hands down, this place is amazing. The people are amazing. Lonnie is AMAZING. The views are breathtaking. The experience is life-changing. Thank you all so much!
