    Have a read of the BPA Starter Mag (Perterlee should have a few floating around). There is an excellent section on nerves in the mag. Also, maybe have a chat with your instructor. Hope the rest of your course goes well!!

    Ben, dude - of all the ways to turn up on dropzone.com, you ask about dirty jumpsuits.... Mike McG got a great photo of an exit (Airspeed 4-way skills camp at the mo) and as I was flying point couldn't hide the mud stains (hey the grass is very slippy when wet and there is no wind...) Liz
