    I went to Teatteri to eat then we went Clubing. Lot's of VERY good looking Finnish women. I think they will be back... with friends. Apparantly there friends are BIGGER drinkers.

    It'll be a quiet week on the el boose. Actually no.6 was cleaned before I messed it up.... which reminds me.... Löysä can't make it Friday.. pitty.

    Morning Erno, you too on the pop at the weekend. I was with Löysä drinking minttu viina the result wasn't pretty. I found myself in No.6 face down in a pool of vomit... yak! Morning ya'll.... bluefinger and the rest of the crew. So do not mix beer and mint vodka!

    I've eaten Haggis and I liked it. It's a Holloween theme, and these guys need very much to try Finnish delights like Mämmi and kraavi lohta and mätti or friteerattu muikuja etc.

    ahaa! The Halloween Party is on Halloween so it's a week on Friday. 01.11 So you have plenty of time to pack your stuff and catch a flight. Saturday morning I'm planning to get the sober ones and go skydiving, weather permitted. Nothing like a freezing exit from 3000ft vai mitä Erno?

    Myths and legends, facts and figures. I wonder how many couples both skydive compared to couples with only one skydiver. Or is this a loner sport? Is this a male dominated sport or female, how do the percentages shape up. Legends run wild claiming that only couples where both skydive last the test of time. True or false. I wonder... Let the statistics unfold...

    never really smoked but my skydive "nuusk" friends introduced me to this horse piss smelling stuff, and I'm a proud user. Advantages: - clothes don't smell like a forrest fire in the morning - fingers don't turn yellow - no bad breath (hope not) Disadvantages: - kissing is difficult and messy My appreciation goes to my skydive buddies. Liimis, Korni and Löysä may we be ever blessed with "THE NUUSK"

    tested the canopy on Saturday. Made four jumps. The first opening was excellent straight and soft. The second made a 360 left then straight the third was normal then jump four had two right tunnels collapsed. Tried to open the canopy with rear risers but failed so I collpased the slider whilst turning and pumped it open. Found the canopy at wing load 1.33 responsive and comfortable. Couldn't believe how stable it was. Positivley suprised.

    I'm doing camera work for a 4-way team and until I tried a Sabre2 I'd only jumped with the Electra. I've had some SLAMMER openings on the Electra. Now I pack it rolling everything but the first sight is usually my slider licking my face. Liked the Sabre openings although I wondered about it's hesitation. P

    I was advised this would be the appropriate forum for such a question, so took the option of posting it here too. Testing the canopy this weekend if Finland is kind enough to provide us with blue skies.

    Point of view... Got a Mirage with a Parachute de France Electra 170 sqft canopy and a 155 Techno reserve. Got 270 jumps, been offered a 150 sqft Heatwave. Anything any smaller would mean a change of conatiner. But then I'm wondering is a 150 sqft too cumbersome for an eliptical canopy. What would you do?
