Went there without any preregistration or anything. From the first second on i met somebody it was a "just like home" feeling. After inspecting my gear, some papaer stuff and a good explanation of their landing pattern and behaviour in the air i was ready to go. Really stressfree and everybody was super helpful. The plane is a caravan. Pretty fast consider the temperatures. (30°C and above) The landing are is HUGE!! It is splitted by staff and other jumpers. But still really really big!!! Find somebody to jump with is no problem. Everybody is more than happy to jump with you. A lot of highly skilled people over there! All in all: whenever you have a chance to go there, do it!! This dropzone is absolute worth a visit!!!! I had a blast... :D

Thanks guys for the reply. You guys got 60Hz over there... Almost forgot about it For jumping: So i will defenitly check out Spaceland. A two hour drive is a bit. I hope they have possibilities to take a nap there over night... Thanks for the replies, Big Up! Cheers Flo

Hi everyone I will visit Atlanta in March/April this year and later on again for a couple of weeks. So first question, spaceland or monroe?? Any suggestions?? And second question, what kind of sockets you guys using over there. I was looking for a travel adapter on the internet. But for the United States it shows up 3 different kind of types. Would be nice if somebody could send me a link or pic of "an actual socket" Thanks and blue skies Flo
