    I've been jumping for over twenty years and in the last few years I have started to get cramps in my hand after a few jumps. I only did one yesterday and still had hand cramps on the drive back from the DZ. Has anyone else had this happen and any suggestions as to how to stop it welcome. I wear gloves, even in the summer.

    I did similar a few years ago throughout my entire house with all the spotlights. They cost about 3 times what a normal bulb costs but I haven't had to replace a single one in 3 years and the costs on electricity is so much better! CJP Gods don't kill people. People with Gods kill people

    I did a course at university no the anthropology of religion. Essentially every civilisation across the world came up with some form of religion as a justification of their lives. The "Why are we here?" question is too big to answer and so humans invent a reason, which is religion. It happens everywhere.     I thought his opening speech was more presidential than many he has made. I also noticed the underlying tension in the room when he congratulated Hillary - his voters expected her to be locked up, because that's what he promised. Just the first of many of his pre-election promises that will unwind before he has even taken office. Trump deserves nothing but contempt, as do those who voted him in.     I cannot believe what has happened. Trump has conned enough people to win the Presidency. I firmly believe he is the single most dangerous man in the world right now.     Why were you 'taken aback'? What was your pre-conception? Brits do laugh a lot. Perhaps not the first time they meet people though- it's a subdued politeness thing we have. I'm disappointed in Yaeger's comments. I met him about 12 years ago while I was working in Oz and he was charming. I also live in a village in Cambridgeshire that housed US airmen during the war as we had a Fighter Group here. The local pub has a lovely framed letter from them many years later thanking the locals for the friendship and support they offered. I have seen nothing but kindness and gratitude towards US troops. There is one true fire way to piss a Brit who knows anything about the war off and that is the big American chest thumping and telling us you won the war for us and we should be grateful.
