Know what, my best friend just got me a gift certificate for a hair cut/style @ a very nice salon. Only problem is, I usually go to a different very nice salon. I highly doubt that the new salon will give me money back, therefore, I'm going to go there & hope for the best. Usually, the "let me speak w/ your supervisor" insistance works very well though. I go to FL once a year, my parents have bought me a few jumps @ the dz I usually go to. However, if they accidentially purchased ones @ another dz - I'd go jump there also. DZ staff isn't paid enough to think independantly. And who are they to know Laurel's b/f from Mr. Bu down the street? why should he be an execption to their rule? Well, when I'm being called a kick ass cool chick, it's a compliment. When my co-worker (a man) & I were having an argue... Goodness... if they don't refund your money, that is horrible. I jump there & as others have said, would be extreemly supprised if TD or Doug refused to refund money. I speed going everywhere, EXECPT on the way to the dz... I want to get there & save my $$ for jumps. Plus, when I'm speeding, it's typically @ the level that'll put me away . On the way to the dz, there are 2 VERY small towns w/ speed limits of 30 & coppers all over the place (no, not snakes, but they can also ruin your day). Funny story, one jumper is notorious for speending, he got caught going 95 in a 55... he pulled into the dz parking lot w/ 2 cop cars behind him... needless to say, there are at least 3 different video angles taken. Brits, I sure do hope you are right. I have a hard time seeing it from a non-believers view or from a view that hasn't been jaded by too much "religion". A few of the people I saw it with are not Christians or are Christians that have lost their faith. The ones that left were the most critical, the ones that never believed were very inquisitive. So, I think I just argued myself into agreement w/ you. There's just so much more to the story that would have added a lot of value, but I guess very few would go see a Lord of the Bible 3 part epic. I agree w/ the defeat issue. There's even a theory that Jesus was in hell w/ Satan for a time. The bible says that Jesus was put away from the presence of God. SOME people believe that for a short while while he had "the sins of the world" on him, he was in theory the greatest sinner of all & therefore, in hell. However, God called him back. I THOUGHT that perhaps it was actually a dove (which represents the Holy Spirit & thereby Jesus quite often), flying out of hell & back to earth to become Jesus reserected. There is no can't. I agree, I thoroughly dislike it when details are left out. I guess, my knowing that life is a spiritual battle, your flesh & soul at constant odds w/ eachother. Perhaps we were to assume that God was w/ his Son @ this time, who knows? It would have been great if it showed the devil on one side & an angle on the other. More accurately depicting the eternal struggle for our souls between good & evil. I don't know why they left that out. There are some good extras in there and there are things left out. I think I said before, that the ONLY reason I saw this was so I could join in in these discussions. I left the moving 100% knowin that I DID NOT need to have seen it. I did not feel an anointing on the film, rather saw a lot of people reacting to it. I don't think it will lead people to seak after Jesus... the only message I got was that he was a prophet that the jews didn't like because of his claim & so they pleaded for him to be killed. Rome bent, killed him & God (as depicted by the storm) was not happy. The whole message was not there. I could grasp; from the bibles statement that Jesus was beaten beyond recognition, that you could not tell if he was a man or beast, what he would end up looking like. I've seen a cat o nine tales & could fathome what it'd do to a human body. I know what Jesus did for me & am forever greatful. I did not need hollywood to shove the images forever into the print of my mind. I did not appreciate some of the more liberal changes/additions that were made. MkyMtnHigh, this movie has about 40+ minutes of very graphicness... I love that surgery show on Discovery, this - even I had to cover my eyes for a bit. There is no can't. I agree w/ this. Looking @ it statistically, probable the average level of women's enjoyment of sex is lower that the male's average level. However, if you take a sample of the people at the higher end of enjoyment levels - women would have a higher rating. So, men in general, but women who like it like it a lot more than the men. There are a few people here that I never thought I'd agree w/ but amazingly do. As for not being able to clean for a long time period & ending up w/ an infection... in many parts of the world (as we've heard here) circumcision is the acception, not the rule and many men from these places (europe, the middle east, asia, Australia & many others); are in the same unable to clean situations (war comes to mind)... somehow they manage to not become hiddiously infected if at all. I wonder what they do? As for not knowing if sensation is lost, I'm pretty sure that medical knowledge now extends to knowing in a larger amount of nerve endings are in one place or another. If they say some sensation is lost, than probably, nervs are being cut off. STDs are a risk, but again, somehow europeans & australians (who mainly have a similar lifestyle as us in the US) seem to manage w/o requiring the cut. How can it be that the US is basically the only country (outside of ISREAL) that assumes circumcision... and yet, so many people here think we are 100% correct. Open your eyes, look around the world. I agree "don't do it". Times are changing, as the work world becomes more casual, so it seems does the rest of things. No longer is it expected that if you're christian you'll have it done & after all everyone in the US is christian, aren't they? (jk). But seriously, I've been w/ one man that wasn't cut - WOW!! Personally, I think it actully looks better than the cut version. Plus (no medical basis here), but having the foreskin allows more movement for more pleasure - obvioulsy later in life here. Social pressures are relaxing running water is basically everywhere now and condoms are readily available so most hygenic issues should be covered. And as far a coming to you when a teen ager... perhaps if communication about that stuff is started when they're younger, they'll be more prone to come to you; or if they're given a "safe" adult to whom they can go so they're not embarresed to bring it up to the parents... things could work out. I agree w/ you, entertaining & didn't suck. i love action movies, but unfortunately, find Vin a bit too neanderthalic for my taste . one of the opening sceens w/ that whole motorcycle chase/save routine, while totally unbelievable was really cool. Those pics are gorgeous!! We call a hop-n-pop from altitude a Cross Country. Cause you exit the plane anywhere from 3 - 5 miles depending on the winds. A lot of people bring food & drinks with them. At Chicagoland, any Saturday or Friday there's a nice sunset approaching, you'll find at least 2 - 4 people doing one.
