    This can't be emphasized enough. I had a dual glove without lens protection(I forget which kind) and dropped it. Of course, my new gopro had a massive scratch right in the middle of the lens after that. Sadly enough, my new glove(one of Chris's) was already on its way.     I can assure you SNE is open seven days a week running multiple otter loads during the summer. The only time we are not running is due to weather. During the busy summer months we will run up to 30 otter loads a day, even during the week. On the odd occasion we may have as few as five otter loads running during the week. How do I know this? I work there. Look me up on the staff page if you want. When people start bragging about how great they, they seem to instantly lose credibility.     There is no way this will slow down animal rights activists from filming the abuses. Instead of handing it over to law authorities, they'll just leak it to A Current Affair or other such investigative TV shows. Or, just make an anonymous YouTube account and "leak" it there.     They were never really alive to begin with. You can publish commandments, BSR's, rules, regulations, etc all you want. But until the USPA is given proper "teeth"(example, APF) to enforce said thingys, it's just a waste of time. They will never be anything other than a REactive group dealing with disasters, instead of a PROactive group ensuring rules are followed to prevent said disasters. “That which can be asserted without evidence, can be dismissed without evidence.”

    Unlike Occupy, the Tea Party actually had the dedication & drive to get elected to congressional seats, thus having the ability to actually bring about change. But probably not the change the Occupy movement is hoping for...     The student may surprise you out the door....but You know how to fly better than any student!!! I have seen many a instructor not give themselves the chance to fix any issues and then throw the stabilizer!! I have also seen many instructors upside down, turn their heads at me, smile, throw a peace sign, then fix the instability and throw the drogue stable!!! YOU as a tandem-I have the experience...I think that is one part of the course that should be stressed more....you are in control....you rule this skydive!!!!     Not fitting a harness properly to a student I think would qualify! No students fell out of the old style harness....the ones without the lumbar strap and without the belly band!!!! Why should they fall out of the newer ones???? Instructor incompetence or massive complancency!!!! (
