yes....there was a time before check cards, where checks were the norm. besides, small town, simple ways...

so my parents want to take me out for a burger. so we go to wendy's. We arrive and take a minute to order, I'm first to order, and after that, my dad asks if they take local checks. They do not. Mom says repeats the question and gets the same answer. Dad states that he'd rather not even do business then and goes on how ridiculous it is. I have cash, so I'm buying. meanwhile mom is ordering and trying apologizing in the non-apologetic way you know... "fine! I'm sorry, I'm sorry, fine!' and turns her back on dad. Dad quips back with 'well I'm not the one making the scene here' we get our food, sit down and its silent. dad bitches that the fries are cold. I'm trying really hard not to smile, and finally I had to laugh out loud because this is such a role reversal. I'm buying dinner, and my parents are the one making a scene in public. quite possibly the best 15 bucks I've spent. just thought I'd share sbb

I have no idea how they label talon2's but I do know mine is sized for a 190 and I currently have a 149 stuck in it. That's on the small side, but I haven't had any problems with flaps opening, ever. plus its quite soft, and not a brick on my back. sbb
