There is no difference between people registered for the forums and those who registered for Dropzone.com. Everything now works off a single registration. I will definately see what I can do to make access to a persons Dropzone.com profile easier. On that you can see information like # jumps etc. In the meantime...do as cyberskydive suggest below. I have to admit I've been taking a little break from web site stuff this week....need some R&R

Couldn't agree more. But if you plan on writing anything about a DZs safety record you better substantiate your claims VERY EXTENSIVELY or I'll delete it. I'll leave no room for speculation or hear-say on safety. In so far as other negative reviews are concerned - you are more than welcome to post a negative review about your experiences at a DZ or the service you recieved. It's a good idea in general to substantiate negative comments or they quickly loose their credibility. Safe swoops Sangiro

In the past few days there has been a lot of DZ bashing, name-calling and unsubstantiated accusations flying around in the Dropzone Database reviews. The review system has been set up for skydivers and visitors to write about their experiences, whether positive or negative, at DZs around the world. The idea is to create a resource that could be used by all of us to make informed decisions about where we want to jump. Unfortunately some people seem to be abusing this system. I have deleted all reviews (my apologies to the innocent) posted to all the involved DZs and will continue to do so if I have to. I ask that you refrain from this behavior. Dropzone.com has always had a tolerant and inclusive character. I intent to protect that. I want to make it perfectly clear that I could really care less about individual feuds between DZs or any personal grudges that may be out there. My tolerance level for politics that often sour our sport for everyone involved except the few egos who attempt to use it for their own selfish benefit is incredibly low and will always remain so. So, keep it clean or take it somewhere else! Now...let's get back to having some fun!

Heya all, Ok I think I managed to beat that one. Those of you who prefer to browse with Netscape 4 browsers should be able to do so now. You may stumble across a few cosmetic quirks, I'll deal with those later, but I think I managed to iron out all the stylesheet problems. My apologies for the inconvenience.

There may be a lot that you haven't read - which you will be marked by the orange icons - but only 1 new one since your last visit.
