Grizzlies & mountain lions? Anacondas & Capybaras & Sloths? Kangaroos & Koalas & Tazmanian Devils? Pandas & Orangutans? Galapagos Tortises? And if so, how could two of everything (plus food) fit on a boat of the size described in the Bible? You are free to believe what you wish, but the "Noah Story" doesn't even pass the simplest of "How did that work?" questions. You are thinking two of every species. I don't believe he had two chihuahuas either. I believe Chihuahua is a breed not a species either way the numbers would be far to many to fit in any boat that ever existed

one thing I would consider is switching your fruit ( which tends to be more of an immediate energy source ) to more complex carbs like baked sweet potatoes or brown rice and fatty fruits and vegetables like avocados

this makes me feel the same as when I meet an adult who cant swim. maybe it is because I grew up in the water in florida but swimming seems like something you just do.

also have to disagree with you I think he is one of the better hosts out there, not afraid to be politically incorrect.

Video camera limits and experience (and new tech)
tred replied to tkhayes's topic in Safety and Training
again one could argue that if someone has met all the required skills and check offs why do they need to wait until they have the magic 200 jumps? -
Video camera limits and experience (and new tech)
tred replied to tkhayes's topic in Safety and Training
for the sake of argument, there are many jumpers who reach all the requirements for c license other than 200 jumps before 200 jumps -
I tried on my friends pimp daddy when I was looking for a helmet. I ended up getting the cookie fuel witch I am very happy with. your gonna pay more for the fuel but it is way more comfortable (IMO) and has a lot of options for add on's ( chin cup, visible audible, go pro mount)

may have been mentioned already and I would assume it is free fly friendly but does anyone have experience freeflying with one?

Halfway through my AFF and not happy with instruction
tred replied to FatTangerine's topic in General Skydiving Discussions
what part of florida are you in? as mentioned previously there are a lot of good DZ's in florida so don't put up with that shit. I did my AFF at Zhills and they where great -
agreed, I used to play joint operations back in the day on PC. but PC is more of a commitment as far as time and money in my opinion.

just watched some gameplay footage for multiplayer on battlefront. looks like it has some potential

haven't played videogames since my PS3 broke back when Modern warfare 2 was the shit. Whats considered the best as far FPS for online multiplayer on the PS4? (is Call of Duty still good?, it looks a little over the top now)

I would where jeans under my jumpsuit when I was on student gear for the same problem. it helped me because of how thick jeans are but you would also have to deal with the heat this time of year

Having Trouble Staying Relative and Matching Fall Rate
tred replied to Xitesmai's topic in General Skydiving Discussions
my advice would be to just get more experience and work with someone experienced, whether that be coach jumps or a tunnel instructor -
Having Trouble Staying Relative and Matching Fall Rate
tred replied to Xitesmai's topic in General Skydiving Discussions
your problem is typical at your experience level, I had issues with fall rate and yes the tunnel is one of the best things you could do for fall rate, are you floaty or fast? -
Help!! I screwed up my level 1 AFF..
tred replied to cassieaf's topic in General Skydiving Discussions
I have had 3 off landings on my first 100 jumps(at 2 different DZ's they are always interesting. I have climbed over barbed wire fences, waded through a creek, landed in a thorn bush (not recommended), and picked up by a farmer on one of those cool ranger ATV things. and I am sure some of the experienced ppl have even crazier landing out stories -
tikl68, thanks for the info, I was able to practice with my canopy over the weekend and have a somewhat better idea of whats going on now. and it didn't seem too difficult to recognize when I was starting to stall

Most of Your article refers to 9cell zp, would anything change with a seven cell like a triathlon in regards to using brakes?
-
the problem is the GoPro mount on the ball. You can't give a good spin.... unless you have experience using a go pro on your paddle while playing ping pong
-
thanks for clarification I may have misinterpreted your post and I did a lot of research before my purchase

Since we typically get what we pay for that's kind of a scary thought. I am one of those people (although I added a brand new AAD to my rig before I jumped it) my cheap rig is a javelin container with a triathlon with around 500 jumps and a Super Raven all manufactured in 1999 and the previous owner was a master rigger. I am not scared of my rig at all but I feel like I did get a good deal on it. I went the cheap route so I could afford an AAD but my point is there is "cheap" gear that is safe. but I am a newb so I could be wrong
