Weird thing today: when wind reached just over 100mph with water pouring horizontally I've observed a hummingbird actually climbing a bush with flowers under my window. The bird actually used his legs to climb up and not using wing power, he did not look good. Reminded me some exits when PAC doesn't slow down.
