I havent gotton in on this b/c I just am not on here very much. I changed my diet and just a little of my exercise routine. Here is what I did. Monday - Thursday: All vegitarian or damn close. Steamed, grilled or lighly sauteed in olive oil. Rice, pasta, and other carbs. As much protien rich veggies as possible: beans, squash and mushrooms. Friday - Sunday: Good luck. I watch the amount of food I eat if it is bad for me (fast food). Any meat is fair. I like meat. mmmmm...mmmmmmm steak. I also am SIGNIFICANTLY more active on weekends than I am on the weekdays. Since the beginning of the year I have lost right at 20 pounds. I was never a big guy, but it was obvious that I was carrying an extra boat anchor around my waist. My pants are loose, my belt in new holes and I feel better. I cant vouch for it too much b/c I have a strong metabolism. Dayum, it has worked for me. Good luck to ya'll! Bah. i forgot all about that. I was a mess yesterday. On one of the local freeway intersections she hydroplaned and was not able to get it under control before she came perpedicular with the wall (give or take a little). Crash, bang boom. The little car ended up in the right lane of a two lane curve. She said it happened so fast, she really doesnt even remember it happening. If you ask her details she cant recall them all, but has the main events. Seat belts and air bags are good. I spent most of the day convincing her that that could have been sooo much worse. The drop from where she hit to the ground was probably around 60 feet. Not good. Google 'spaghetti junciton atlanta' and its the first entry. This past weekend we partied it up. Great to have awesome friends like we do. Sunday was a struggle, and we crawled out of bed, dazed and confused and did our Monday morning ritual. I was only running a few minutes late until I got a call from a rather calm Hottie. I've wrecked my car. Yup, the Hottie ride. a 1994 Honda del Sol with 240,000 on the clock has died. She got it back in 1998 with only a few of the above miles on it. She is good. Uninjured, but sore. Trust me, airbags can save lives, but they can also fuck you up. I'll attach some pics or something later. I have posted some stuff in other places, so dont worry. We're good. It's just easier than getting the next 500 phone calls and email messages about WTF just happened over the next 5 days. Peace to you all! No. Really. Contrary to what you might think. I dont care what you think. For some bizzare reason, people have all of a sudden (today) decided that they needed to tell me what they thought about my ideas, projects, etc (at work). I just dont give a shit. My boss tells me what to do, and I make it happen. Thats the way of things. Dont like it? I'll find another monkey to do your job. Because no matter what you think, one monkey dont ruin a circus.
