I don't know when you were here last but it must have been awhile ago. Palatka is anything but "scraggy". The DZ is no longer where the bunker is, it is a relatively new facility (7 years) and one of the most modern and comfortable DZ's around. Lots of A/C, 2 large CLEAN bathrooms, 2 Clean showers, covered packing etc. If you haven't been here in awhile, come and see us now. Did I mention that the facilities are clean?
