  1. Could also be from age as well. 50's in about the age when some men might start getting that lose skin to make the gobble.
  2. Yep. and fwiw, for those who haven't read it, this is from Bruce's book and his interview with Bill.
  3. I originally tried Mrs and it didn't look right. But I tried again and you're right.
  4. Garley was her maiden name. They used it for her sometimes and other times not. This is the issue with trying to fill in the redactions. At various times you'll get Florence Schaffner, Flo Schaffner, Miss Florence Schaffner, Miss Schaffner, Florence, Flo Tina Mucklow, Tina Ann Mucklow, Miss Tina Mucklow, Miss Mucklow, Tina Mrs. Alice Garley Hancock, Alice Hanock, Alice Garley Hancock, Mrs. Hancock, Alice
  5. Alice was a fan of Composite B as well
  6. This chin would be a disqualifier for me. Practically a zero chance that witnesses wouldn't have commented on that huge butt-chin. That would certainly be a very noticeable feature and the sketch artist for Cooper, Roy Rose, said in a later interview that Cooper's "protruding lower lip" was the only unique facial feature that anyone told him about regarding Cooper.
  7. It all comes from Flo's testimony and yes I think it's more a reference to her being insulted by the "pick up this bag" moment.
  8. You jumped on my butt for suggesting something similar last week. Glad you've come around to that, haha! My sense was always that Tina just didn't want to be bothered by the whole thing. Hell, let's list all the times that she may have had a chance to see a frontal view of his face - the multiple times she walked up and down the aisles of the aircraft - when she joked about wanting some of the money (surely she wasn't sitting next to him when that occurred. I'm guessing she was standing in the aisle or had sat down in 18-C at that point, but even sitting in 18-C she'd still be looking across the aisle AT him and I doubt he staring straight forward during this incident. - when she observed him messing around with the parachutes and cutting the shroud lines, etc. She indicates she was in 18-C at this point so Cooper surely wasn't still stoically facing forward. My guess is that he was in the aisle working with the chutes so he'd have space. - when she showed him where the panel was to lower the stairs. - when she was pleading with him to cut her a shroud line and tie her to a chair, etc. - when she pleaded with him to take the bomb with him. Others? It really beggars belief that she would make such a claim. As I've said, to me it indicates the desire to not be bothered. At first with Comp A she's like "oh yeah, looks great, just make the sunglasses a little wider and you've got it...see ya!" Then when it's apparent they're going to be making another one she keeps saying "I never really had a great look at him. Can't really offer too much." Both of these answers indicate to me that she didn't want to be hassled about it. Her reasoning? No idea.
  9. It checks out. It seems to me that once the passengers left the plane, Cooper felt comfortable taking his sunglasses off for a bit because here we've got Flo basically saying that she saw Cooper put his sunglasses BACK on. I'm thinking that Cooper had his glasses off during the whole "hey pick this bag up and see how heavy it is" moment.
  10. Well, it's Tina unfortunately. Not only do the details (whispering, seated next to) indicate Tina but also at the end of that particular 302 they state that they still need to show it to the stew who moved to Denver (see attached). That would be Alice who moved there. Tina and Flo remained in Minny throughout 1972 and into spring 73 when they were last questioned about the sketches. We know that Tina was still in Minny in 73 because of another 302 where they mentioned her upcoming marriage to Larson. She also says she likes Comp B in it (see attached). Having the knowledge that Alice was the one in Denver also lets you fill in the blanks on a 302 dated November 72 where Tina reiterates that she only saw side profile (see attached) There is also a March 73 interview with Tina where she likes Comp B (see attached).
  11. Disagree with your conclusion. “He for the most part was seated on her side and so that she only saw his profile.” “…and most of the time he was whispering in her ear” Pretty sure that’s Tina.
  12. post that pic again. not showing up
  13. Ancestry. He was a 21 year old freshman in 1952, so this was after his Navy surface, so he went there with GI Bill presumably. Unfortunately that's the only yearbook that college has online, so I can't follow it to see if he graduated.
  14. I found a picture of Uncle LD in a college yearbook. Don't think anyone has seen it before. LD wasn't Cooper obviously but he's still part of the "Vortex", so here it is.
  15. You should probably wait for FlyJack to tell you all about it, but if I may be so bold to offer something, this is what Tina had to say about why she never saw him head on. It is odd though because did she not see his face when she was bringing the chutes and money on? Or what about when she joked about having some of the money and he handed her a bundle?
  16. I've contributed more to the average person's understanding of this case than anything you've ever done, which is apparently just arguing with people non-stop on a message board. I also managed to remove all uses of the word "wilderness" from the wiki page except for Larry Carr's nonsense...but I'm working on getting that expunged. So now when someone visits the Wiki page, which is the first thing any lay person does when they have an interest in the case, they will see in the header that Cooper "parachuted into the night over southwestern Washington" when in the previous FIVE years it said "parachuted into the remote wilderness of Washington". I've also successfully added a counter argument on the wiki page to all of the FBI's nonsense about Cooper dying or having a dummy chute. I added the entire section on there about the sketches, which the lay person is constantly confused by. They even had him sitting on the wrong side of the plane before I took over! That complete misinformation has been read by millions and millions of people. That might not be as cool as arguing with strangers online or hoarding "80%" of my research, but it is far more impactful for the public and to me there is nothing greater than being able to impact public perception of this case. My contributions have reached millions. And ya, I already know what you're going to say in rebuttal, so you can save your fingers from typing the insults and diminishing my contributions i.e. " I don't care what the public thinks or what they read on the stupid Wiki, I just care about the research" yada yada.
  17. Good enough to be the first person in the Vortex to find out that her name is Alyce Gorley Hancock and not Alice Garley Hancock. Good enough researcher to be the first to find the other Dan Cooper action hero. Good enough researcher to have seized control of the Wiki from the idiots and to have added over 100 references to the 302's on the Wiki page and adding this particular paragraph I wrote to the page, which should please you thoroughly: The FBI relied heavily on the testimony of University of Oregon student Bill Mitchell, who sat across from Cooper during the three hours between take off in Portland and landing in Seattle, repeatedly interviewing him for what would become known as Composite Sketch B.[167] His descriptions of Cooper were mostly the same as those of the flight attendants, except that he described Cooper as being somewhat smaller, stating that he thought Cooper was 5 feet 9 inches (1.75 m) to 5 feet 10 inches (1.78 m) and that at 6 feet 2 inches (1.88 m) he was "way bigger" than Cooper and even referring to him as "slight".[168][169] Robert Gregory, one of the only other passengers besides Mitchell who provided the FBI with a full description of Cooper, also provided a shorter impression of Cooper, describing him as 5 feet 9 inches (1.75 m). Gregory stated that he believed Cooper to be of Mexican-American or American Indian descent.[170]
  18. lol, you'd think I just said something about your mother. Get a grip. It's fine.
  19. Well dang, if he had only pointed a gun at her like the little Honduran nutcase did to his stewardesses, then maybe she'd have seen his face better. Congrats on winning the internet today!
  20. "not a good lawyer". Sounds like a personal attack you hit me with first. I've been a member here for seven years following this thread and have been reading you stump for this little Honduran nutcase for about 3 years now with confirmation bias rivaling the Rackstraw idiots. Was also there when you ran yourself off Shutter's page like 5 years ago. I'm not a newb. Dude hijacks a plane at his local airport (yet for NORJAK he hijacks a plane on the other side of the country). Dude is pointing his pistol at passengers and is shoving a pistol in passengers guts and telling them he'd blow their heads off. Dude is pacing up and down the aisles with his pistol and described as "edgy" and "nervous." Dude made them turn the plane around because he wasn't satisfied with his ransom being in $100's, he wanted $500's and $1,000's. Dude asked for two jump suits and multiple (plural) helmets. Dude put a noose around the Captain's neck when they change airplanes. Yes, that's Cooper...
  21. you're neurotic. Stick to finding musical instruments. Cooper wasn't a 5'8 Honduran with glasses.
  22. HAHAHA. No one is believing your explanation. It's ok to be wrong sometimes dude. "Some of the stews" clearly implies MORE than ONE i.e. MULTIPLE.
  23. Like you stating that multiple stews never saw him head on?
  24. So you're saying that when Flo was lifting the money bag at Cooper's request to feel how heavy it was she didn't get a straight on view of him? Or when he was ordering his drink? Or when he turned around as she sat in the jump seat and spoke to her? Or when she went to the back to get her purse? Or when she was talking to him about destinations they might be going to? Or that Alice didn't see him straight on when she walked over to him and asked him about the parachute? Or when Alice asked him if they could leave? And neither Alice and Flo got a good look at him when he tried to give them tips out of his own wallet? Tina is the one who said she never saw him straight on which sounds impossible given her interactions with him on the ground in Seattle. I don't really believe Tina when she says that. If you read through her 302's regarding the sketches she clearly doesn't want to participate. So her stating that she never got a good look at him sounds like she just wants to not be bothered anymore. I'm going to stick with witness descriptions from people who actually interacted with the man and spoke with him over a guy who says he only got a few looks over his shoulder at him and once when he went to take a piss.
