I want more than efficiency in a car. I want fun. Will a self-driving car accelerate from 0 to 60 in 8 seconds? Will a self-driving car pass the slow poke in front of me doing 10 under the speed limit? Hell no. Self driving cars will have us all reduced to being exactly the same, operating under government self-driving car programming edicts. With acceleration limiters, speed governors, probably breathalyzer ignition too. Fuck self-driving cars. Let the sheep have 'em. I want 400 horsepower which is under my own control.
