Hi All, Many of the questions asked have been answered, but I just wanted to make sure that all is clear. Alti-2 is the exclusive importer of the M2...not the manufacturer. The manufacturer is MarS, a Czech company. MarS has been manufacturing AADs for the Czech military for over a decade and the M2 has been in design for approximately 3 years. The feature characteristics are as follows: 15 year or 15,000 jumps (20 min per jump) batter life. No routine maintenance Changeable cutter Water proof - 6' for 1 hour (changeable water filter) Expert, student or tandem modes available in feet or meters Retail cost - $999 We will be publishing more detailed information on our website in a matter of weeks...all documentation is currently being translated as original documentation is in Czech. Hi All, Yes...it is all true. The last issue of Skydiving Magazine was January. We mailed out pro-rated refund checks on Friday, January 16th. Renewals and new subscriptions that have come in since late December have not been processed. (Please note that we have never offered a "Lifetime Subscription" to Skydiving Magazine. About 10 years ago we offered a 10-year subscription with a copy of Norman Kent's Photo Book...these 10-year subscriptions are starting to come to an end.) I have 4: Maizee - My Great Dane. I've had her since she was 5 weeks old; she's 9 years now Morgan - My Golden. Rescued her from death row when she was about 3 years; she's 12 now. Forest - He was a stray that was run over at the DZ when he was a few weeks old. He's a little "special" now (hence the name ) Madi - Maizee found her in our back yard when she was 3 days old. I've had mine pierced twice. I kept ice in my mouth for several hours after it was done. The next day I was eating and there was no pain. It was a little hard to talk because of the length of the rod and swelling. I'd definitely recommend getting a plastic ball when you down size -- will help prevent against chipped teeth! Hi Paige, I have the same problem! I haven't really slept through the night in years...it's become a major problem over the last several months because of personal issues. I tried everything! Seemed drinking made the problem worse. On a long shot I tried Tylenol's Simply Sleep. It's the most amazing stuff!! It doesn't knock you out - it's a slow gradual sleep and I don't feel crappy in the morning. It's worth a try. I have some that I can give you next time I see you at the DZ. Good luck!
