Why not put them all together. Do a hop and pop from 2000 on a moonless night with a dwonwind hookturn. Sounds fun. Mizhakwit, Chad

Brandon, Just make sure that you bring your camera. I'll take care of the rest. mattb, When I called them, they said that opening day was May first. But, I wouldn't be suprised if they threw up a few lifts before that. Mizhakwit, Chad

That sounds like a really good idea. Until now, i've just been using a really big needle. Mizhakwit, Chad

Josh, I hope you have better luck with your training this year. Don't worry about your chute, I've packed most of the student chutes at my home DZ for the last 3 years. I should be down there sometime in the middle of may. I can't wait! See ya soon. Peace. Brandon, Don't worry about me, I'll be doin backflips off that bridge. Talk to ya later. Mizhakwit, Chad

Hi everyone, I just got myself a job at Skydive Twin Cites packing chutes for the summer. This will be the first time that I'll have to live in a tent for a few months. Also, I have never even been to STC. If anyone has been there and has any comments to share about the dropzone or any advice on living at a dropzone all summer it would be well appreciated. Thanks. Mizhakwit, Chad

propblast, I think the bridge is about 850ft. I can't be exact, but it's close to that. Mizhakwit, Chad

Mountainman, Sounds great. If you want, you can find all the info you need at www.afn.org/skydive/base they tell you exactly how to modify a skydiving rig for base jumping. If you need a rig, I can probably bring one down. Peace. Mizhakwit, Chad

Josh, Hey, I'm planning on going to the bridge this year. I live in Upper michigan, so I have about the same drive as you. My girlfriend won't go with me so I'm looking for some people to carpool with. You interested? BTW, you can use a normal rig with a few adjustments( mesh slider, bigger pilotchute), it just has to be approved by the officials before you can jump it. Peace. Mizhakwit, Chad

That just about says it all. Right on man. Peace. Mizhakwit, Chad

Hi all. I have made several jumps ranging from 900ft to 1,100ft and they are fun! No, I wasn't doing military jumps, believe it or not, I was jumping a Triathalon 160. I once had an incident where the pilotchute wrapped around my arm. Was that exciting! If you don't have faith in yourself and your equipment then what's the difference jumping from 10,000ft or 1,000 feet? Be safe, have fun. Mizhakwit, Chad

Head, I found the threads only about a week ago and I started posting right away. I haven't really introduced myself yet though, so here goes. My name is Chad, I'm 19 years old and have been jumping since my sixteenth birthday, It was a present from mommy. I live in Upper Michigan, and like you, I get alot of shit about the location. But I think it's one of the most beautiful places in he country(minus the snow). I'm just waiting for the weather to clear up, so I can get back to work at the local roofing company. Well, thats me. Peace. Mizhakwit, Chad

It's the weekend!!! I just wanted to wish everyone luck on the weekend. I've been bummed all week, the weather channels been tellin me that I won't be able to jump, but now it's sayin that Sunday might be good. I've only been able to jump 5 times in the last 4 months, cross your fingers. Peace. Blue Skies, Chad

Hey, I would love to jump naked wth you. Unfortunately, I'm so poor that I can hardly get out to the dz, much less across the country. Plus, naked jumps are kind of painful for me. Certain parts are always draggin on the ground when I land. Blue Skies, Yooper

Hey, that sounds like a great idea, I could use a new rig. Of course, If someone hit me, I'd be the one behind bars, seeing as how my license is suspended right now. Anyway, I hope you aren't out for too long, get well. Peace
