It will not make any different as long as it fits within your daily macro. However I would just have a small amount of food for pre-workout since it would have little effects on your insulin level. And then for pw, have about 30-50g of fast carbs like fruits (fructose), white bread, or even gummy bears to spike your insulin level, hence make your body absorb creatine and protein more easily. Ingest a small portion of complex carbs and protein, like porridge or whole wheat bread with PB for pw for long lasting energy, then some fast sugars immediately following your workout, and have your meal around 15-30 minutes later.

I'm going to the ER today. Will update once the doctors make the diagnosis.

Ok so I just got my Cookie from ChutingStar, but what I didn't realise was that the helmet is way too small that it could barely cover my mouth. Didn't know what I was thinking I proceeded to keep pushing my head onwards trying to stuff it into the helm while my hands were holding it down until I heard a clear snap and then felt an excruciating pain from my upper vertebrae as well as the neck muscles. It's been almost 20 minutes now and it hurts to even look around. Would it simply be a case of overstretched muscle or a detached spinal chord? I can still move my limbs but not turning my head anymore... If it's the later then GG.

Hahahaha thanks for the suggestion mate! I will get a yellow twist mop and make it myself -
Piers is an all-around gobshite. Loved his Life Story series though, despite all those ridiculous invasive questions.

Hey guys! I don't know which helmet is more appropriate for a student, if it's reasonable to slam $370 on a full face or should I just pick up a Pro-Tec skate helmet for $50? What are the pros and cons of both? Also, if I decided to go full face should I get a Phantom XV or Cookie G3? Reckoned Cookie is more popular but Phantom seems to have better overall ratings on DZ.com. Thanks!

Ouch!! Better keep my heavy duty winter gloves on from now... Losing my handle is better than losing my hand right? -
This. Look at the results of Sweden's open door policy, and take another look at the effects of Japan's religious/immigration restrictions, you would know that liberalism had failed at the most fundamental levels. Me, non-American, non-white (Asian/Slavic), been in the States legally for decades, have gone to the most conservative and the most liberal places in America. In the end, only my republican friends treated me like a FRIEND. And i got called a racist, being taken the piss out of and criticised for my personal beliefs the first time ever in Cali just because I agreed with Trump... ROTF haha Miss the old days back in Montana.

Ha, I've tried telling a few people it's a great source. We have a great local butcher just minutes from our home. I love a nice rare porterhouse. I don't want to know what pig semen tastes like.

A source of NaCl when they're a little sweaty. Should've added that. Rotf

I guess then it's reasonable to put on ballistic glasses before looking down the barrel with a live round chambered... People tend to act stupid in an inconsistent pattern. I once searched for my phone for 2 hours and then realised that I've been holding it in my hand.

I swear I was born without a hint of acrophobia. I could stand on the high walls, go cliff jumping, even ride horses just by the cliff edge in the Rocky mountains... but don't know since when did I develop this seemingly subtle fear of heights, and it gradually became worse. Now even just standing on a tall platform will trigger my mind into imagining myself jumping down and splash*. The worst part is that I get panic attacks every time when looking at those giant posters hanging down from the mall ceilings, 50 ft off the ground. I would force myself (involuntarily) into the position of the posters, just thinking about how scary it must be to be hung that high up. However, this fear only applies to indoor environments, or any man-made structures regardless of its location. Though weirdly I'm totally fine with planes, edge of cliffs, or even riding on helicopters with my legs dangling out. To me, skydiving seems like the only way out. Once you get past that initial jump everything would start to go away. It would probably help to get me into a bit more advanced mountaineering in the future.

Hey guys! I'm currently planning on going to Perris this June for 1-2 weeks on my 18th birthday and hopefully getting my A-License before departing for the summer trip so that I won't end up doing recurrency jumps which could be costly. But when calculating the total cost, I somehow glanced over a line on the page bottom that states "‘A’ license package does not include gear rentals after AFF jumps." So does it mean that I have to pay gear rental fees for the remaining 27 jumps (5 coached, 11 solo, 1 hop&pop)? That would really mess up my plan since it's almost $400-$600 over my original budget at $64.5 per day of gear renting fee. My budget is around 3.1K with 2.6k for the package, 300 for expenses during my stay, and the rest for necessary item purchase. And by the way when would it be appropriate to purchase my first rig? Any advice would be appreciated! Blue skies :)
