well, the acoustics at the san jose pavillion were so bad, I left in the middle of the show. granted, my seats weren't the best, to the side and a little behind the stage, but wth? I saw them years ago from directly behind the stage and they sounded great. but on the plus side, I only got one speeding ticket on the trip, got to see some friends, and didn't drunk dial too many people ________________________________________________________ Abbie drove me to Idaho and all I got was this lousy sigline

Non-Split G-4 main deployment bag

I have packed plenty of regular g4 split bags, and thousands of non-split bags. most g4 owners find the split bag easy to pack, but there are some of us who prefer a good old-fashioned (non-split) bag. when buying my mirage, I bought a g3 rather than a g4 because of the main d-bag, since at the time the bag option didn't exist. ________________________________________________________ Abbie drove me to Idaho and all I got was this lousy sigline -

I believe this rig has a zp-exe main, which seemed to be in good condition. if the rig fits you, and you don't freefly, the rig isn't bad. the downsides are limited resale value, which was pointed out by others, and it isn't the best for freeflying. ________________________________________________________ Abbie drove me to Idaho and all I got was this lousy sigline

that is so sad I've had over 90 seconds without extra altitude or pulling low a few times, without a wingsuit. if I pulled at 2000 I'd probably be over 100 sec. from 13.5. if I flew a wingsuit more than once, I'd be pissed if I couldn't do over 120 ________________________________________________________ Abbie drove me to Idaho and all I got was this lousy sigline

how do I get tickets? I am totally down for flying up for the concert. I was looking at the show in bend, oregon, and trying to figure out if I could go to oregon 2 weekends in row. but davis is so much closer. does anyone from the area want to pick me up from the airport and shuttle me to and from the show in exchange for tickets? Sorry but I don't buy that. It is like saying you pay a roofer to put shingles up not to guarantee the roof is water tight. Getting the roof water tight is part of the job. The canopy opening is part of the pack job. I am a packer. if your pilot chute is defective, am I supposed to still be responsible, or not get paid for the pack job I did? what if your canopy is out of trim? am I responsible? you pay me to pack the canopy, not to do a full inspection. or maybe I could get people to pay for a full inspection every jump. $20 pack jobs? why won't manufactors make risers with large 3-rings and mini webbing? we know that large 3-rings have a better mechanical advantage, but many canopy pilots want mini-risers so they can pull their slider down. I am looking for a DOS extended embroidery file of a picture of a grasshopper. if no one can find that, a JPG image of a cartoon grasshopper will suffice, but an embroidery file is better. if I wind up using the image you provide, I will buy you beer, details to be worked out with the winner (what kind of beer, delivery method, etc.)

good luck. when I ordered my racer they talked me out of paying for the rush service, saying it would only be 4 weeks. over 15 weeks later, and many excuses about about a military order, my rig was finally delivered. and it had 4 mistakes, including wrong container sizing. I never sent it back because I needed a container to put my cypress in, and it wouldn't fit the old one.

some people don't have the same experience with flightsuit. while they did appear helpful, after sending back my suit twice for resizing (they measured me at davis) and never getting it right, they wouldn't make it look good. I spent extra money on a stripe, and it wasn't over the seam. I asked them repeatedly about making it look good, and their reply was it was too complicated to make without charging more. funny, my tony pants, and my firefly suit, had the stripe down the seam. they also said since they weren't making money on them (it was a certificate they donated to an auction) it would be too costly too rebuild them. I finally gave up and tried too sell the pants at a loss. well, the guy who bought them lost them without ever jumping them, so if you see an ugly pair of green and black bomber pants with a crooked stripe, let me know. ________________________________________________________ Abbie drove me to Idaho and all I got was this lousy sigline -
not quite. I just e-mailed RWS about getting a vector3 with a larger reserve than main, and they won't.
