1. Here's a couple of other good resources: www.lynda.com This site is mostly about selling Lynda Weinman's books and classes (pretty good books, by the way), but under Free Resources you'll find a link to Inspirational websites. Or, pick up a copy of the Sept./Oct "Communication Arts" magazine. It's their annual issue highlighting the best in interactive design. If you can't find it in a bookstore, try www.commarts.com Best of luck. Kris Ruff http://www.go-wear.com
2. Dropzone.com t-shirts will be available at the GoWear tent at Couch Freaks this weekend (Thursday, Aug. 28 - Labor Day, Fort Dodge, Iowa). We'll have the long sleeve shirts, the women's shirts and the standard tees. GoWear has lots of other cool t-shirts too... so stop by and take a look. Hope to see you there! Kris Ruff GoWear
3. Hey Steve, if you're a t-shirt freak, head on over to go-wear.com. We'd be happy to satisfy your t-shirt needs there. Kris http://www.go-wear.com
4. I think if the shirts continue to be popular, a new design could be possible. The current one came out last April, so it hasn't been a year yet... Kris http://www.go-wear.com
5. If you're interested in a baby doll tee, I can do that as a special order, but it would have to wait until the next printing (the same thing would be true for anyone interested in a long sleeve shirt). I think my current inventory of dz.com shirts will last several more months, but if you want, send me a PM, I'll put your name down on my special order list and contact you when we're getting ready to print the shirts again. (Of course, this is assuming Sangiro wants to keep offering the shirts.) Kris http://www.go-wear.com
6. Okay, okay, so it's not THAT cold here. I used to skydive in the winter when I first started jumping... we'd put duct tape across our noses to keep from getting frostbite if it was really cold... but now that I'm "old," I pretty much just wait it out until spring (or head to AZ or the tunnel if I just can't wait any longer.) 7. Hi. I've been lurking the forums for about a year... ever since Sangiro contacted me about designing the dropzone.com t-shirt. Thanks to all of you who have purchased one (or in some cases two or three!) or any other GoWear t-shirts. I'm in Minneapolis and there's a windchill today of 23 below zero which makes the start of the skydiving season feel infinitely far away. Thought posting to the forum would make me feel better.
