  19. Dunno if it will help but you can find a copy of the "A" license exam at www.apf.asn.au Go to "Administration" and then "Constitution and rules" Scroll down and you will see "sample "A" license exam". This is the Australian Parachute Federation but hopefully it will be basically the same thing and will give you some idea as to what to expect. Forgive me for not being clicky I'm no whizz on the nerd machine. Play safe Clint

    ACCENTS

I can pick a Sydney accent, especially with a girl from Sydney. >

    ACCENTS

When I was there last year, you couldn't order a beer at the bar without someone quizzing you about the accent. It came in very handy for meeting girls though I must admit. Especially in the non-touristy parts ie College Station.
  22. Thanks robskydiv, No twin for me.... it's a car thing. I'm pretty bummed, was supposed to jump today but one of the ships has been grounded after an incident mid-week. Thems the brakes though I guess.
  23. New Zealander's or Kiwi's as they are also known looove their outdoor stuff. If it's extreme they're all over it like a cheap suit. We're pretty much alike and share a healthy spirit of competition. From what I can gather, us and them are a bit like U.S. and Canadian's. I would like to appologise if I have offended any residents of the above mentioned countries with this post. >
  24. Oh yes the beer. Did you know that at my DZ they skydive aswell. There's more rules governing the mandatory purchase of beer than there are for the act of exiting an aircraft at 12kft.... and it's a bloody good thing too! >
  25. Thanks Betsy. When I move it will most likely be near either Houston or Austin. >
