I think Tullahomah is right off I24. They supposedley have a "Westwind Beech". I've never jumped there so I don't know what it is like. http://www.tennskydive.com/ Edit to add: Thomaston sounds pretty good too!

I feel sorry for the fan. 95% of the people in that stadium would have done the same thing and the ball had crossed the plane of the wall so technically he didn't do anything wrong. He's lucky a bunch of drunk yuppies didn't beat the shit out of him before security got there. I'm mostly pissed at Dusty Baker for leaving Prior in that long. Prior's good and all, but 7 1/3 innings is way too long for almost any pitcher in such an important game. I think Dusty Baker has Bobby Cox on speed dail. That was what lost the game, not the fans. (There were three of them that had a chance at that ball it was just the unlucky one that caught it, almost.)

Sunday, it was lunchtime so I thought I would log my three jumps of the morning and then eat and jump some more. I can't remember what I did on the first jump. I wasn't hung over or anything, I just can't remember. I was wondering if this happens to anyone else. (How can I jump out of an airplane and not remember what I did?) "Whatever you say Johnny."

I would make friends with the packers at the dz and when something like that happens ask wich one packed it and let him know it whacked the crap out of you. Some of the hardest openings I have had are from packers packing student gear who just crap pack it as fast as they can. (The hardest one I have had is still mine

It was just a fuel seal. It was fixed the week after. Cool. I hope they get to keep it over the winter - I would like to come jump out of it. Never got to this summer.

What are you guys jumping out of up there now? Westwind Beech. Its a Turbine with a big door. Sizeably comparable to a twin otter. Man, they fixed that engine FAST!

Uh....noooo, I would never do that. I knew I was in a whole other world when I moved to AL back in the early 90's when I turned on the tv during election campaigns for Governor. On the tv was a good ol' boy dressed in overalls, sitting on the back of a truck out in the country. He was holding a gun and sitting next to a hound dog. He ended the commercial with something like, "...if old Blue here could vote, he'd vote for me too." He ended up winning! Oh well, politicians, ya gotta laugh at them. Oh, you said he won. We're in the exact same boat! I'm trying to give her some leeway because of all the changes going on in our lives now and for the fact that she just started high school. But there comes a point where they have to have a little pride in themselves and work up to their potential. Anything below a B is unacceptable in my house also. She's already had the computer taken away because of her low Biology grade, and the phone because of her attitude. I'm running out of things to take away from her! I have a son so it may be different, we took everything away and had no effect. The boy had a matress on the floor and nothing else, he didn't care. I think it is more who they are hanging out with than any dicipline you might give. Don't stop, but look at who she is hanging out with.

No one is.... You know, you can actually be a couple, own a home, enjoy doing work on it and redecorate it, and also be a skydiver (and have kids I guess, but yuk.. lol)... Or not, its all up to you and what you want to do.... I'm right in the middle of a remodel and it is a pain in the ass. However, the thing about owning your own home is, I can take as long as I want to finish it.
