    [uWe just got one here in Columbus. That is seriously the ultimate grocery store. Dont go there hungry cuz you will be buying the whole store! I have tried many of the pre-made seafood dishes and some of the other specialty items they have and all have been to die for! Yes- if you have one by you, check it out.     Liz, I am very sorry to hear about your father. That is definitely not an easy thing to go through... I have about 15 patients in my facility on hospice. Although they are alll much older, they all suffer some type of condition, such as cancer, failure to thrive or Alzheimers that has contributed to "six months or less to live." In addition, one grandpa is currently under hospice and the other died on hospice. I have seen nothing but good things. They assist in making the patient comfortable and provide a tremendous relief and support to the family. Blue skies and SAFE landings! ~Amanda~

    THe main goal is to obviously burn more calories than you consume... Do things you would consider "exercise" everyday- take the stairs instead of the elevator, do some crunches while sitting in front of the TV, take the oppourtunity to "move" whenever you can... Try not to snack and overindulge- DONT grab that handful of M&M's or chips as you pass the kitchen, well actually try not to even have them around. Purchase some healthy alterntives, such as carrots and celery- cut them up and leave them in the fridge to snack on. Carry water around and try to consume at least 8 glasses per day. Avoid empty calories and non-fiber carbohydrates. There are some suggestions, good luck! Blue skies and SAFE landings! ~Amanda~

    That's what makes "re-cap" morning with your friends after a night of drinking such a benefit I think it is both pathetic and funny when you sit telling your friends things they did the night before and vice versa.     The summary of your experience really puts things into a nice perspective and gives me an optimistic outlook for experiences like this in the future! Congrats to you in being able to have this experience early on in your career. Looking at the photos and video in the blog and reading stories like this really makes me realize that it is events like JFTC that really shows what skydiving is all about!
