Not doing any skydiving anymore (knees) but since I'm diving I having the same problems. I'm planning LASIK 27/1 and had to postpone a trip to the Red Sea because of it. My surgeon says it takes 1-3 months for the eye to fully heal, it's individual, and he doesn't recommend me doing any diving before that. You will just have to check your eyes on a regular intervall if you want to be safe and get airbourne as soon as possible. There has been very little research done in this area as I understand it and they don't know what might happen. Some of the surgeons I have been talking to wasn't even aware of the risks...... /Markus

So finally the time has come for us to come and rescue you once more from the dark nights of December. After months of preparation the video is finally done and ready to be shipped out. Sadly our festival didn’t add up to the financials that we would have liked it to, so instead of canceling the video we have decided to do like this… During December everyone who wants to buy Episode 3 is able to do so. Our goal is that if you buy it before December 11 you should have it in your mail before the holidays. We promise you that this is the perfect Christmas gift with over 60 minutes of the very best from last years festival mixed together with the latest and absolutely greatest tracks around. Once again it will only be available on VHS. At the end of January we will do the next shipping to everyone of you who where fully registered at last years event. Just like we said you will get it for free but it is just going to take a little bit longer. We hope that all of you except this since it is the only way we can do it without losing even more money for the club. To get your copy visit www.friflaj.com Now to some sadder news. The people responsible for creating this amazing event have decided to move to new adventures. Leaving behind nothing more then just a legend… A legend that well deserves to be told from generation to generation. We know that a lot of you have planed visiting us next summer as well, but everything has it’s time and now the time has come for us to move on. At least for now… The decision is so hard to make since we have received over a hundred letters asking us to keep it up… But the way things are right now we do not see any possibilities in doing so. The main reason way we have been so successful with our event is because of all the fun we have had making it happen. When the fun is gone and replaced with evil rumors there is only so much one can do. Thank you so much to everyone who supported us in one way or another. Our dream would never have become a reality if it wasn’t for you guys. This is the original Friflaj staff signing of – everything from here and on is nothing else but a cheap copy. Ps: please feel free to visit and sign our dreambook at www.friflaj.com Fly Free Glenn Johannesson Ordonannsgatan 1 254 53 Helsingborg Sweden +46 707 97 97 57

That's your opinion, it's not mine. But who am I to express myself, I'm just another lying communist that can't think for myself, right? /M

It's november, I'm in Sweden (home of the polarbears ) => It's cold, wet, windy and everybody not eaten by the bears has gone to Florida.... I'm downloading music at work, got to get a few more new tunes to use in my spinningclass next week. /M

Now I have seen it. You guys over there scare me. /M

First off, I have not seen the movie, will do when I get home (internetshopping rules sometimes). I really liked "Stupid White Men" and "The Awful Truth" though. I do, by the way, own shootguns and rifles and I'm from Sweden but that doesn't automatically make me a communist At his website www.michaelmoore.com he comments on different things related to the movie. Take a look, I think he makes a interesting point that no one has taken him to court over anything in the movie. In Sweden (and I do believe it's the same the world over) the most likely person getting shoot is not a burglar or a gangbanger. It's usually someone in the family who's mistaken for an intruder that gets shoot. I think that's pretty scary. /M

In my experience there is no way you can count on a set distance of 12" between rungs. Did a quick check at the department library, I am currelntly stationed at a nuclear powerplant and we do use a bit of such things, and the width varies in 3 different catalogues between 10 - 11" (260 - 280 mm). Might make a difference, since I don't do BASE I can't really tell. My .02 anyway.

Hi Jennifer! To much to read it all so maybe someone beat me to it but why don't you try contacting Larsen&Brusgaard (Dytter, ProTrack) or Airtech (Cypres)? They should have done at least some testing of their devises (at least I hope so) and have a good grip on the amount and type of forces that occur. My .02 anyway. /M

Got any good ideas of (in your opinion) music to use for spinning? Preferably tunes that you have heard during a class, but ones you think might work is also apriciated. Need to get 2 new classes together (aprox. 1 h each) and my inspiration is at an all time low right now, to much to do at work I guess . Thank you, thank you, thank you.....
