    The Coolpix 775 doesn't have a serial port so it is not going to be compatible with the Nikon remote or our remote (Harbortronics). The Nikon cameras that are compatible with the remotes are the 880/885/950/990/995/4300/4500/5000/5700 and some earlier Coolpix cameras. Hope this helps! Deborah Roberts Harbortronics.com 253-858-7769
