That is sooo true... I learned alot when Terry's mom died from smoking (don't wanna argue the point... just go to a hospital and find out for yourself). The physical addiction only lasts a few days or a week at the most. The rest is a HUGE mind fuck.... it turns out that the average person that is successful quits between 10 and 12 times... and the last time is usually "Cold Turkey". Best to you.... the one thing I keep doing is watching people smoke and think of how bad it is... how they are not doing their lungs any good at all.. and how their breat stinks... lol Live Well, Laugh Often, Love Much

I volunteer and give $ to shelters for abused women. I grew up in an extremely violent home. The thing is this... I give time and $ where I feel best about it... that leaves tons of more places that need our kindness as well... I admire people that find room in their hearts and homes four animals.
