Thank you for your offer. I appreciate it. I don't know a lot about skydiving and have never been to this site. In fact, I am just trying to cope and did an internet search on Du and came up with this site. All I know at this point is that this hurts and I don't want to come off as slamming Ron. I'm sure he is a great skydiver. Just coping, just surviving.....thanks for your support.

I am married to Du's brother Dan. Du is in critical condition with a severed spine, broken pelvis, shattered R femur, on a respirator, had both lungs filled with blood- has undergone many surgeries, he will not walk again. His brain CT is good. We, the family are in shock. Please pray for a miracle. The red cross has sent for his sons in Iraq and Korea. Sue

We want to thank those who posted messages of concern and for prayer for our brother Duane Wierenga- He is an extremely qualified and experienced diver- we are very proud of him. It is upsetting to see "Ron's" remarks- however perhaps Ron is not as experienced and lacks good insight.
