LMAOROTF I've been doing severe Cardio training since January. My problem isn't weight loss or gain, but achieving the best cardio vascular fitness level possible. I polled a lot of the personal trainers at my gym and they told me they used Nitrotech and Celltech. I mix chocolate Nitrotech (tastes better than the Vanilla) with 1% milk and drink two per day. My muscle density has gotten significantly better in spite of the Cardio. Good question. So how would a good full face helmet be at damping the noise both on the way up and down. I ride motorcycles and a good full face helmet is noticeably more quiet. I haven't had the oportunity to jump with anything other than the student helmets, and the noise level is certainly an issue. Amber, Relax, Lisa's advice is solid, as is most everyone else's. I'm at about the same place you are (12 jumps), every time I go to the DZ I review emergency procedures. Tell your instructor about your nervousness and when you're ready to get aboard the plane, focus on what you're doing. Be analytical. You know the drill. you know the emergency procedures take your time and let me know when you have more jumps than me.
