Way to go, although you went and stole my thunder. I, too did my initial hour today. Still can't believe I landed the 172 with just a few verbal corrections. Gotta say I was so ready to get out of the plane at 3k. Time to sell one of the kids for flight time.

It's also a very good idea to shut off the water supply to the water heater, as well as the washing machine, and any other plumbing fixtures when leaving for extended periods of time.

Looks like I'll be headed east to join you fine folks for what should be an "enjoyable" weekend. Got the new rig ready to go (check out the Infinity thread). Valinda, I'll take a L tee, if it's not too late. -
Well, since we're on the subject... This is the reincarnation (with some minor changes) of my old rig that was swiped by some low-life a year ago. I finally got the new canopies loaded up and can't wait to get this thing airborne. Many thanks to Kelly, Tony, and the rest of the VSE crew. And a special thank you to Valinda for taking care of the details. p.s. If anyone happens to see a rig very similar to this, let me know. I'd really like to get the original back.

Yeah. Downright shameful it was. Like a PeeWee hockey team. Glad I don't have to listen to their coach at practice today! Good thing it's a long season, huh? My kid's PeeWee team could have taken the Sharks last night.
