  1. yes i know what you mean 9.0 is not all that. i like 8.5 alot better but, if you are serius about edditing videos you need to update to liquid edition or the pro version. it is a little more money and a little harder to use but in the end you can make some really nice videos. forget transistions...they are cool and and all but being able to tweak the actual footage itself is much better.then adding transistions to cleaner video makes a much nicer finished product. after all you know we have to clean up the camera guy's mess sometime. haha! big country base998

    Going Stowed

hey tom, i know that it is an advanced practice but for the sake of newbies i just thought maybe someone could make it a little more clear as to the correct way to do it so someone new does not read it and think "hey i'll just toss this over my head and see what happens" i just found the related topic on blinc any way you could put some of those here? thanks again tom. jason kennon big country base998

    Going Stowed

hey dex could you clarify "throwing the pc up"i have never seen any fjc teach this method before i was always tought to throw it away from the body. if you meen up as in an angle i see your point but others may not. also there is alot of talk about hesis' with a stowed pc and through personal expeirences i have had a couple going hand held as well as stowed is that normal? or is it just more common when the pc is stowed? jason kennon big country base998

  6. a couple of years ago i decided to take up basejumping but i had no idea what was involved with the fjc's and let alone who to get to teach me.after i researched a few places a friend of mine introduced me to johnny utah and after talking to him for a while i signed up for his base camp out at the perrine bridge. the course was packed with a wealth of VALUABLE information that has saved my life twice on some pretty close calls.he is very resonable with his pricing and you get a lot of one on one working time with him, video debriefs, lots of jumps, and you will leave there with alot of base knowledge. jason kennon big country base998
