one thing that can really help you if you want to quit smoking is a vaporizer. This is a funny little machine, that sends hot air through the herbs you want to vaporize (in your case tobacco). The vapors are collected in a plastic bag from which you inhale them. So you get your nicotine, but you are NOT smoking, because the tobacco is not burned. I have this Vaporizer for two month and i smoke only 3 cigs a week (before it was a pack/day). This machine is not really cheap, but your health is worth it. Several reasons, some of which are personal.I'm currently not jumping and truthfully,I'm not sure if I'll ever jump again.One of the big reasons is that the college I'm attending has denied my request (and my request appeal) for financial aid, so I'm left with no $ to pay for tuition.I'm not 100% sure I want to quit or get rid of my gear yet.I just have to set priorities. also very sorry to hear this. take all the time you have left to think about it. best wishes and good vibes to you!

of course this is very sad, but i'm sure you also experienced that you sometimes can't even trust your socalled "friends". So why take the risk and trust strangers? I'd also like to live in a world without paranoia but if this is not possible i'd like to survive at least.
