    Unlike criminal cases, where that fact that the defendant pleaded the 5th when being questioned during the investigation cannot be introduced by the prosecution in court, this is a civil case. When this case goes to court, the jury can be told that Trump pleaded the 5th, and what that means (that if he were to testify truthfully, it might tend to give evidence of his criminal behavior).

    Mostly in primaries. The Georgia election will be interesting, as it truly rests on which party can get out the voters. Anyone voting for Walker isn't voting for Walker -- they are voting for the R's.

    California population is up 5.8% since the previous House re-allocation, vs 7.35% for the US as a whole. 47% of registered voters in CA are registered as Democrats. Newsom got reconfirmed (i.e., not recalled) by 61.9% of the vote.
