I absolutely agree wtih Jeff in all aspects of what he wrote. Be more afraid of the addiction and be prepared for a new perspective....I say this because it sounds like you are one of us that jump once and become instantly hooked!!! Some jump once and thats it. No big deal, but for most of us it only takes once and life is forever changed! Heck, I am still trying to figure out where I am going to get all this money to get through my training, ready to sell all I own just to jump! Lol!!! ...........No REALLY! Hello, I wish I could reply with an answer to your post. However, maybe as a partial answer...I have also been looking for skydiving videos and such.. I searched the book store, Barnes and Nobles, and Borders and found that I had to order any books. Many videos were simply not available. Therfore I have come to the conclusion that we must search the internet. Maybe eBay, but I doubt it. I haven't done much searching the past couple of days but I did save the lists that I got from the book stores. Ok, so we are all crazy to the "others" but as far as tattoos... hrmmm...I think they are addicting too! see attachment...not the best one but I want more! lol! Well as for a normal life, I do truly believe that once one makes his/her first tandem, life has just begun! Life before was a nice prelude! I definately believe that you will not get your regular life back so just give up already! I am always told, that I am obsessed with skydiving...well duh, of course I am! Hey, so how did you start jumping at a young age? What or who got you into it? I think that is completely cool and wish I had done it wayyy sooner. However, I do believe that almost any (reasonable) age is good to start skydiving, I am just getting started myself and will probably be addicted forever! Blue skies to you! ~Rocky

Hey there! I was just reading some forums and came across this here crazy one! I ended up looking at yer website and was reading about your first tandem where you said, "...We get to the door and with a 1, 2, 3 count, we are out! I AM FREE! This is the most amazing feeling I have ever had!" When I read that, wow, I know the feeling and remember it clearly as I have only done my first tandem....I know I will always remember it and wish, dammit, wish I had the money to start and complete my AFF right now! I'm sure all skydivers remember their first! I am off to go visit the dropzone, but know I wont jump today. I know I will complete my AFF training by November but I want to do it now. I feel like, on beautiful days like today, that I have to be up there! It's awesome to read about others that have the "free" feeling! Nice website!
