    I heard on CNBC (since I'm a broke, wall street dork) that Google is going to do a 50/50 split of advertising revenue on you tube on the page where your video is posted. I know that skydiving / extreme sports video's are crazy popular on there. I am not a camera jumper (yet) but those of you who are might be able to earn a free jump or two on Google.     If you want to change it up big time, check out Dropkick murphys, and flogging molly. Sort of a hard rock irish folk music. They have been around awhile but got popular since they did a bunch of songs for Departed. I'm a recent bandwagon hopper...     I have a projection screen. The better ones have a great pic for near 180 (probably 140 or so), but with plasma and lcd so cheap now, go for an on the wall model. That's my uneducated 2cents...     I'm with ya. When I came off student I was discouraged bc I didn't learn much jumping on my own. I think a lot has to do with the DZ and people's willingness to let you jump in on some RW with them. And people who are willing to let it slide when you go low on the formation a few dozen times.     I'm no expert, but you mention "could get expensive", my experience is that most of the time jumpers and pilots can locate the canopy after a chop. But cutaways are not all that common. It is much more common on higher performance canopies so many of us with big slow canopies haven't cut. But, like many have said... I wouldn't hesitate for even a second, the last thing on your mind would be the $$.     So what are your big plans for 2007? I have been working way too much, but this year I'm going to make time for fun again. We'll see where I am at the end of the year but here are my goals! Make 60 jumps (sounds small, but that'll be a lot for me in a year) Get my private pilot's license. Water ski at least 12x this summer, that's 1x per week from June to August.     Did anyone see this one? Do you know if its out on the web somewhere? This guy straps himself to a bridge and does a reverse bungee launching himself up 4 or 500 feet. Then he cuts loose and opens his base canopy. It was pretty awesome and I'd love to see it again.     Hey I came accross this podcast. It is the coolest national geographic I've seen.
