I've just completed 11 jumps. For the first few, my ears popped for days. One jump I had a head cold, and I almost lost my hearing completely, for a few minutes anyway. I agree with the other post in that the more you jump your ears seem to adapt somewhat, but they still pop a little for me. I did my first solo yesterday, and it was the longest and best jump of my life. I just relaxed, enjoyed the view, and had a blast. Everyone was right about how the long the jump would seem, and I was tempted to think my alti wasn't working. It was so freeing to not have the pressure to complete a particular maneuver. And now, I'm still so excited I can't stand it!! Many of the troll tactics look familiar, but I agree it got to the point of vagueness that many could be accused of trolling. I find it amazing that someone took the time to categorize the trolls. What's crazier is I read most of it . If you have a good digital camera you can just take a picture of the drawings. That's what I did. Although my drawing is the one that looks like it was drawn my a six year old . My Solos and the Perris Boogie

I was planning on doing my first solos this Saturday before I realized the Boogie at Perris will be going on then. I'm concerned about crowded skies and busy instructors.
