My buddy not me is in the same shoes as Pinky. Buster has rock climbed, mountain climbed (MT FUGI), seen more places in the world then most people (thanks to me being in the navy) and even jumped with me couple of times. I first was trying to put on a pic of a shark because I scuba too. But, I was surfing the net and drinking water out of an old plastic Mike's bottle. Then it hit me. If you know me you know I love Mike's. So I went to mikeshardlemonade.com and borrowed a picture. I am still trying to find parachute or rigger for the word under the cap. How do I change the darn Avatar. I clicked on the wrong one and now I have been stuck with the skull and cross bones. "Not exactly what I wanted by my name starting off in this sport" I have tried to change it and go from no Avatar to the new one but the old one keeps coming back. I have done static line in the past. In fact I was ready for AFF. Lost my book so I kind of fell out of the sport. Got into Scuba Diving, rock climbing and such. I went through boxes in the garrage couple of months ago. Found an old Para-Gear catalog. I was rehooked. I talked so much about it my wife and neighbors all now want to do it. This last weekend was my 1st wedding anaversery. The horse back ride I was going to take her on fell through. So at the last min I had to find something new. I took her to Skydive Snohomish in Washington. Bought her a tandam jump. She was scared but she went. BTW...Vlad...Your Awesome!! She got a video and beside showing everyone except the mailman. She has watched it twenty times and it was only 2 days ago. I am a US Navy Parachute Rigger. I have many back and ejection packs under my belt. I have been looking around but there isn't anywhere close by to get enrolled in a class. Does anyone know how I can go about getting the training or what books I would need to just study and take the test if I can do it that way. Do I need the classes?
