Colorado 4-way teams, I've just taken the reigns of the Colorado Skydiving League (CSL) from Samer and am trying to get the ball rolling on this year’s schedule. Due to the late start I am thinking of holding the 1st competition at Skydive The Rockies! on the 24th of April. Attention swoopers! I know that this is last minute but the Go Fast Extreme games will be held at the Royal Gorge Bridge this weekend 10/4 - 10/5. OK folks, Here's the deal for this weekend. Our brother duey is hurt pretty bad and he needs our help! I'm raising jump prices one dollar ($21 per jump). We (Skydive The Rockies!) have the Caravan FULL TIME! In fact we operated it every single day last week! Also, we will run it with 8 jumpers any day of the year. If you need a weekday "turbine fix" call or email and we'll rock and roll! Oh yea, our TWO other planes are BOTH Turbo 206's They no longer have the Caravan. Just a 206 - Period! Canuck, thanks for the help but please try to get the info strait... We have a hard enough time in this "gang like" environment.

We will be operating this Friday (6 December) starting at 11AM. As usual if enough people show up we will operate the Caravan (there are already 8 Cadets who have expressed interest)... To late... He came out Tuesday (to the correct DZ this time) and bought an entire "A" license package.

Clint, This is in response to you posting on dropzone.com about our operation Skydive The Rockies! I think that you must be mistaken about the dropzone that you visited. Our maintenance is impeccable and the planes definitely aren't "falling apart". We have sufficient staff to greet all of the people who arrive at our facility and someone would have definitely helped you. In spite of the huge amount of business that we had we probably would have been able to fit you into the schedule and gotten you in the air! (was the place that you went to busy?) I think you should know that there are two operations on the Fremont County Airport. One is NOT a USPA group member dropzone. We are a USPA group member and are extremely safe. We specialize in student operations and most of our instructors are either CURRENT or FORMER US Air Force Parachute instructors. One is even a former Army Golden Knight team member.... We are truely blessed with some of the best instructors on the planet. I will be happy to show you our operation and then if you really think that we are that big of a safety risk or unwilling to help you I'll accept the derogatory comments that you posted. Otherwise you should at least retract the statements that you made. Remember, there are two skydive operations on the airport. High Sky Adventures and Skydive The Rockies!
