    Ok, I am not an EMT, but I am a volunteer Fire-fighter for 13 years. Here in Europe the EMT are not included in the Fire-Department. Fire-fighters do know life-saving techniques, but the ambulanceservice do the rest. In case of an accident they are earlier at the scene then we are.
