Ours has a clock/alarm in it so I can set it up at night and have coffee ready by the time Tom's ready to leave in the morning. The one thing I did wish it had was an insulated carafe. Sometimes it sits a little too long and isn't as hot as I would like it to be. Other than that, anything that makes magic wake up juice in the morning is great with me! What is it with customer service nowadays???

Tom and I both have Verizon. We just signed new 2 year contracts because it came with new phones. I love the customer service. Everytime I've had to call they either answer my question or address my concern at that moment or call me back within an hour or so. They're also full of great tips...here are a couple #1 call for voice mail messages from a land line. That way you don't chew up your air time retrieving messages #2 re-do the roam sequence on a periodic basis. I'm driving to work and I notice the guy in front of me (in the fast lane) reading a newspaper while barreling 75 mph down the freeway! Imagine my elation when I get to work and realize he was one of our new employees. Ha! I harrassed him all day about his driving - Just friggin amazing the amount of people I have seen lately reading while driving. Most of all I fear losing my son. I used to fear going blind (note, I have very poor eyesight without corrective lenses). Then I had an anterior disk fusion at the C5/C6 level in my neck and had to face the possibility, before agreeing to the surgery, that I could be a quadriplegic after surgery. I wish I had seen this before Halloween. I loved the kissing booth costume. I was at a loss for a costume and ended up making t-shirts for myself, my assistant and the assistant controller at work.
