You can say the same thing with FLYERS-PIT.3 lens, except it's cheaper. It's exactly the same.

If you are talking about low profile lens, try http://www.flyers-pit.com/. It's 0.3 but you can always zoom it and use it as .42 or 0.6. It's expensive but thinking of the cost to repair your camera when you rip off your lens, I recommend it.

I had the same question as you did. I asked around people, including the guy who runs www.flyers-it.com. They said that they are from the same manufacturer. Diamond .3 was first introduced at the price US$140 but raised it afterwards. I think because there wasn't anybody selling it. After I got the Flyers-pit lens and compared with my friends' diamond .3, I couldn't find any difference.It's 100% same.

I also bought the lens from www.flyers-pit.com. Diamond .3 and Flyers-pit .3 are from the same manufacturer. The difference is only the name. If you live outside USA, it's better to order from Flyers-pit. Their shipping chg is cheaper. They charged only $12(including insurance) to Europe!(Diamond is $25)

If anyone is planning to buy 0.3, I recommend buying directly from Japan(flyers-pit.com is in Japan). It's cheaper!
