If you are in the US, Anthen Blue Cross & Blue Shield has individual PPO plans for cheap. It covers skydiving. If you can't afford insurance you should consider if you can really afford jumping. 60 min in 2 days isn't bad at all Don't sweat it too much you'll have plenty of time to recover. Yoga and weight lifting to prep. Stretching before and after tunnel, you will be happier you did the next morning

Vibes coming. I had the year from hell for my teeth. 3 root canals & crowns, 2 of which were root canals re-done = 2 times the pain. I also had 2 cavities. Turns out my dentist in Ohio had faulty equipment (X-Rays) and didn't catch problems before they got out of control. Can't fix what you don't see. Ugh... I wish you WAAAAAY BETTER LUCK than I had! When you are in the tunnel learning to sit fly or hd, your recovery position is a neutral back fly so you don't kill yourself w. the walls or bail to your belly (don't want this because of the increased wind speeds when freeflying). I heard from a birdie most places got them for free for marketing purposes and when they sell it, the dz flies it elsewhere for the purchase. I know Fayard got one and we have on in DeLand, don't know if DeLand bought it but Fayard did not according to my source. For lots of belly flying I would also suggest sit ups in addition to yoga. You lower back is directly affected by the strength of your abs. If you have good abs and lower back muscles, you will be less sore in those areas. I find my back hurts after a good amt. of belly flying. I'd say over all working out and getting into shape will do the trick. Stretch a ton before and after. I also take IcyHot or ThremaCare patches just in case Advil helps too. It is one of the safest drugs for your body. My uncle is a big drug guy, works for a drug company, Eli Lilly. He swears to me its the one of the safest street drugs out there, X being the worst for you as it can actually alter your dna (this is not my opinion, it's just what he has told me they have found through their studies- take it however you see fit). Never done heroin, never will. It has taken so many and ruined the lives of countless others- those who are addicted and those who love them. My heart goes out to all who have lost this holiday season. Yup they upgraded in 2004. I never got to fly at SVO until after the upgrade so I don't have much to offer I can speak for its current state however: 136+ mph for experienced freefliers, you don't have to be an amazing bodypilot to get these airspeeds but you do need to be proficient w. a good bail/recovery position. I was lucky to get some extra air speed for free and man was that fun, not sure what it was but it was over 136. My bodypositions were a ton more responsive and it was quite the experience. Not sure I'd want much more than that w. or w/o walls but man it was fun. Can't wait to get out to AZ and see what that monster is like!
