Does this mean that all the Golden Knights will end up broken because they underload all their huge canopies? I don't think so, but a large canopy can create problems for a jumper too. For example, you will not be able to penetrate a very high wind so you need to learn to adjust your landing pattern accordingly; or to select your out early! On the other hand, the larger canopy may allow you to survive some of the mistakes you may make early in your jumping career. You still need to learn how to fly the monster. Is it the canopy that broke you or did you do or fail to do something? My canopy collapsed @ 25 ft. Never had problems flying it, it was a Spectre 170. I speak for nothing but my own experiences. U've obviuolsy never flown one in the tunnel . I dread having to put one on. The suits fall apart, the never stay closed/velcroed, and they move when you fly causing slight changes in your body position (if you are learning something new, it sucks when this happens). I was cautious as you describe and ended up in the hospital broken because I was underloading my canopy. I listened to people who 'knew' what they were talking about but they had never seen ME fly a canopy. The others who had seen me fly (less known canopy pilots however, def. not experts) said I should have been on a smaller canopy and I agree completely. Hind sight is 20-20. I like the way you think Peej! Cheer up girl! Just think happy tunnel thoughts. Picture yourself flying with Barbie and giving her a kiss pass. There is no way you could take yourself or anyone else seriously if they are kissing a Barbie doll in the tunnel

I stretch a lot for the tunnel. If I don't, I notice, esp. the next day It's always a good idea to stretch before tunnel sessions and camps to avoid injury. Advil the same night and next morning along with icy hot patches also do wonders Tunnel Pink Mafia Delegate www.TunnelPinkMafia.com

A wine birdie told me that room temp is actually what most would considered slightly chilled. It's supposed to be the room temp. of the cellar which is slightly chilled in my opinion. Well, the helmet is special and so am I, but maybe that's because I take the short bus? It's still just another helmet but I find it to be super cool and fun

Well these were the first two 2k has made according to them. They are asking for our feedback so who knows. U'r not breaking anything, I could care less if others have the same helmet. probably the only two made specifically for tunnel fliers, but there are LOTS of those helmets about DZ all over the world.
