  1. Skydive San Marcos will be hosting a benefit dinner this Friday night to help Kris (Chubs) Stumptner's family with lost wages and misc hospital daily expenses. He and his family have a long road ahead of them. We will be serving a home made lasagna dinner (both meat and a veggie one), salad, bread and wine. We will start serving around 7:30pm after last load. Dinner Friday night will be on a donation basis for Chubs. Anything will be graciously accepted. Thanks to Skydive Houston's dinner last Friday night. It was a great turnout! We hope to do the same. You can RSVP here or drop me a line. Thanks! Hope to see everyone this weekend! JL jumperdiva@gmail.com Our thoughts and prayers are with Chubs and his family!

  4. July 19th!! It's time again for our salsa and queso cook-off!! We will be having a fajita dinner with all the fixins', MARGARITAS, a specialty keg and more beer!! The cost if you RSVP by July 15th is $12.00 and includes a Skydive San Marcos beer stein. After that it is $15.00. We will also be doing night jumps that night, so some will have to pass on the margaritas until after. Come help us celebrate the new building and enjoy some good times with friends! I will also be set up doing massages in the trailer this year rather than out under the awning. Thanks to everyone who has been supporting me. Can't wait to jump with everyone and enjoy the cherries after dark

  11. My husband and I are both Firefighter/Paramedics. We have had several worst case senerio discussions- they aren't fun, but we'd rather be prepared and hope that pushes the bad mojo away. We are working on getting everything we need to be able to help stabilize someone until flight medic or ambulance can show up, which could be at least 30 minutes at our DZ. We are looking into getting medical control established, but I can guarantee if I have the knowledge and skill to save a friend- I will. I just hope I never have to!! Blue skies to ya!
  12. Had a great time jumping with you!! We'l have to do it again soon!!!!!
